I want to share a way to bypass blocked website. The example of blocked website in Malaysia is Megaupload and Thepiratebay. I don't know why Malaysia's government blocked this website but I really need to download plenty of things from these website that don't have on another website.
Ok let's begin.
Step 1 : On this step, it depend on what kind of Windows did you use.
For Win 7/Vista : type in
ncpa.cpl at your start button search bar and click it.
For Win XP : You can go to Local Area Connection.

Step 2 : Then select the connection you use and right click it and click properties.

Step 3 : Then you will see this page. Double click
Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)

Step 4 : After double clicking it here come this window. Then
USE THE OPTIONS that I show
BELOW.
ONLY CHANGE THE PREFERRED DNS! 208.67.222.222.
